Once Upon a Time...

Located in the historic centre of Porto, Armazém Luxury Housing is born from a dream and the challenge of transforming a 19th-century iron warehouse into a boutique hotel capable of providing unique moments.

Each room offers the charm of the city and serves as a retreat. The originality is present in each one, all are different, all have details that characterize them and provide the guest sensations that awaken the senses.

The hotel has 9 rooms and 3 apartments in another location. In each corner there are details combining iron and wood materials that contrast with the fabrics and the decoration, resulting in a truly sensorialexperience to enjoy to the maximum the wonderful city of Porto.

Fernanda Gramaxo is the owner and responsible for the intervention in the old iron warehouse. A former child educator, she has always liked to create magical environments and as such has not spared the details that make the Armazém Luxury Housing a unique space in the Invicta city.

Visit the Port wine cellars along the Douro River. Take a photo at D. Luís bridge. Taste a Francesinha in Capa Negra restaurant and visit the Lello Bookstore, one of the oldest in Portugal and one of the most beautiful in the world.

From Sá Carneiro airport in Porto, take the VRI to Custóias and exit onto the A4. Follow direction Matosinhos Centro and then Porto / A1 / Lisboa until exit to Campo Alegre. Head towards Palácio da Bolsa and then to Largo São Domingos. The Luxury Housing Warehouse is on your right with your entrance at Rua das Flores.
