Zambujeira is, without a doubt, one of the most impressive destinations in the Portuguese coast. Located in the middle of the Costa Alentejana Natural Park, Zambujeira offers you hidden and deserted beaches, lost between the most impressive and astounding slopes. Just a few meters away from this impressive scenario we can find the charming Herdade do Touril. This house has been in the family for several generations and opened its doors as Rural Tourism House in 2002.
There are 5 traditional houses spread through the 360 ha of the farm, which combine perfectly with the surrounding environment. It’s almost impossible to not wanting to fall asleep, when hearing the sound of the ocean in one the 12 cosy rooms divided by 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Different experiences in the region are not short numbered. Taking a walk through the farm, following the incredible Vicentine Route, diving into the salt water swimming pool or even horseback ridding are just a few of them. But if your main purpose is to rest, then you have plenty of opportunities for it and to prove it is the stopped watch at the entrance that is deliberately… stopped.
