On this day, you will do a Heritage Food Tour with The Art of Tasting Portugal, by the hands of Chef Cláudio Pontes which include:
- Visit the Bio Farm Kairos, a social project where you will have the chance to pick a basket of bio products
- Vulcanic and geothermal tour to collect the vulcanic bread that has 13 hours of cooking under the soil
- Tea Route - Visit the tea factory of Gorreana
- Guided Cliffs’ Walk in Porto Formoso followed by lunch

On this day, prepare to do a Canyoning activity (soft) at Parque da Ribeira dos Caldeiroes with picnic to go.
In the afternoon, do an easy Bike tour in the forest of Tronqueira, ending in the small Village of Povoaçao, returning to the hotel in the afternoon.
