Herdade do Ananás is a charming boutique hotel that was born to honor the work of Luís Dias' grandparents, who here dedicated themselves to creating one of the largest pineapple plantations in Europe.
It is located in Ponta Delgada, just 3 kilometers from the center and 1 kilometer from the city's beaches, with the smell of the sea breeze always present in the air.
This family home, inspired by local customs and traditions, has a strong focus on the fruit that gives it its name, the pineapple, which grew on the property and is very well known and appreciated in the region.
At Herdade do Ananás, after a warm welcome at the grocery store with local products, you will find 8 rooms to rest, as well as a panoply of authentic experiences to discover, such as visiting the pineapple greenhouses.
